Move Over JT, We're Bringing Bug Off! Back

Posted by

In Austin, Texas, the city Bathe Happy calls home, you can count on a few things more reliably than death and taxes. In Austin, you can always count on Willie, craft beer, and mosquitos.

Y'all. We have mosquitos here year round. GIANT mosquitos. In an effort to avoid being carried away by Jurassic Park grade mosquitos, we are bring back Bug Off! and Bug Off! minis (which tucks away perfectly in purses, backpacks, and fanny packs.) This handmade, vegan friendly lotion contains a proprietary blend of lemongrass essential oil, a whisper of citronella essential oil, grapefruit essential oil, and lemon eucalyptus essential oil (the real MVP!). We don't make medical claims, but we also know our customers are some cool cats who came to us because they already did their research.

We think you'll really like Bug Off!, but as LeVar Burton on Reading Rainbow told us in the 80s, "You don't have to take our word for it!" Check out the product reviews at the bottom of the listing and see what others have to say about Bug Off!.

In the meantime, Bathe Happy, my friends!

DIY Liquid Castile Soap

Castile soap by definition is a soap made completely with vegetable fats.  With the exception of our milk soaps, all of our soaps are castile soaps.  When I was at the store several weeks ago, I saw a tiny bottle of peppermint liquid castile soap selling for a ridiculous amount of money.  Well, ridiculous for [...]
